2025 Summer Camp Sessions

Father-Son Session

Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST - Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CST
**Available to Junior Campers Ages 5-8**
Price: $575 per Father-Son pair; $150 for each additional child.

$250 deposit is due by September 10, 2024 to guarantee a spot.
This deposit is refundable until February 1, 2025.

2025 Summer Trips

Senior Ranger Trip

Wednesday, June 1, 2025 - Saturday, June 14, 2025
**Available to boys ages 14-16**
Price: $4,250 (discount will be given to boys who also attend an LMC camp session) 

$1,000 deposit is due by August 15, 2024 to lock in the 2024 rate before prices increase.
This deposit is refundable until February 1, 2025.

Smoky Mountain Ranger Trip

Due to the nature of the Smoky Mountain Ranger Trip, payment must be sent within a week of sign-up and is NOT refundable. We are bound by the regulations of the National Park Service and Mt. LeConte Lodge.

Nantahala & Ocoee White Water Rafting Trips

Thank you for your interest in attending LMC!
Please fill out the application below. All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date a deposit payment is received. Once accepted, a deposit payment will be due via check made payable and mailed to our off-season address:

Deposit
Each camper application must be accompanied by a tuition deposit of $1000 (or $250 for Father-Son session). This includes a non-refundable registration fee of $100, as well as an $900 deposit payment that is refundable through February 1st, 2025.
 
Payment Schedule
A second payment of $1000 is due on February 1, 2025 (does not apply to Father-Son Session). This amount is refundable through May 1, 2025. The final balance is due on May 1, 2025. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 1st 2025.

There are a large number of considerations (age, city, grade, new/old camper, health, separation requests, team assignments, session length, etc.) in cabin assignments. Cabin assignments are made for the benefit of your son, his cabin and the camp. In the event your requests are not met, we appreciate your understanding and support upon arrival.
